Mr. Prior called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and stated that there is one public hearing this evening.

Public Hearing – Rave – 49 Taylor Road
Mr. Prior read the public notice. Glenn Grayon, A.I.A, came before the Board representing the Rave. Mr. Grayson presented the application requesting relief to build an addition to the existing garage apartment. The hearing was closed at 8:10p.m. The transcript was taken by Modern Shorthand.

Minutes
The Board reviewed the January minutes. A motion was made by Mr. Glackin to approve the December minutes, seconded by Dr. Spatt and unanimously approved.

Decisions
A motion was made by Mr. Glackin to approve the Brown decision as amended, seconded by Dr. Spatt and unanimously approved.

The next Zoning Board meeting will be held on March 25. With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Prior closed the meeting at 8:30p.m.
