Mr. Prior called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. He stated that there were two (2) public hearings on the agenda.
Mr. Williamson read the criteria by which the Zoning Board of Appeals makes its determination.
Public Hearings:
Chris & Betsy Giamo, 10 Sydney Road
Jim DeLuca of Deluca Designs presented the application to construct a second floor to an existing dwelling and to legalize various existing structures constructed without a permit. No one appeared either in support or opposition to the application. The hearing was concluded at 7:45pm. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.
Edward & Gina Carroll, 36 Locust Lane
Charles Panetta of Bladykas & Panetta presented the application to construct an open pavilion, shed, and landscaping changes and to legalize various existing structures constructed without a permit. No one appeared either in support or opposition to the application. The hearing was concluded at 8:05pm. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.
DECISIONS:
Garrett Clifford, 17 Woodland Drive
3/0 approved. Mr. Prior abstained as he was not present at the hearing.
Kim & Terry Gilroy, 37 Bay Drive West
3/0 approved. Mr. Prior abstained as he was not present at the hearing.
A motion made by Ron Prior to approve the October minutes was seconded by John Woodward and approved 3/0. Mr. Cavanagh abstained as he did not attend the October meeting.
A motion made by John Woodward to approve the January minutes was seconded by Jay Cavanagh and approved 3/0. Mr. Prior abstained as he did not attend the January meeting.
With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Prior closed the meeting at 8:25p.m.
