Mr. Prior called the meeting to order at 7:30p.m. He stated that there was one public hearing on the agenda.
Mr. Woodward read the criteria by which the Zoning Board of Appeals makes its determination.
Public Hearings:
Kenneth Krach, 48 Taylor Road
Nicole Blanda, an attorney, appeared on behalf of the applicant. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.
Decisions:
After discussing the application as presented, a motion to approve the application was made by John Woodward seconded by Jay Cavanagh and was approved 3/1 as follows:

A motion to approve the Arner decision was made by John Williamson seconded by Jay Cavanagh and approved 3/0. Mr. Prior was not at the January hearing and did not vote.
A motion to approve the January minutes was made by John Woodward, seconded by Jay Cavanagh and approved 3/0.
With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Prior closed the meeting at 7:55p.m.
