Mr. Cavanagh called the meeting to order at 7:30
p.m. He stated that there were four applications on
the agenda this evening.
John Woodward read the criteria by which the Zoning
Board makes its decisions.
Public Hearing:
Diane Martinez, 3 Lower Drive, Huntington
Bay
Daniel Kelly, Architect presented the application
to construct a new balcony, covered front porch and
deck extension. The hearing concluded at 7:45 p.m
but remains open until next month. A transcript was
taken by Laura Pinto.
Steven Bernardini, 312 Bay Avenue,
Huntington Bay
Peter Jespersen, Architect presented the application
to construct a one story addition and remodel an exiting
kitchen. The hearing closed at 7:55 p.m. A transcript

Mr. Rouse presented his application to construct an
addition to an existing family room. The hearing closed

an existing family room to a garage and an existing
garage to a family room. The hearing closed at 8:19

Anthony Antonucci made a motion to approve the minutes
of January 17, 2008 which was seconded by John Woodward
and unanimously approved.
With no further business to be brought before the
Board, Mr. Cavanagh closed the meeting at 8:34 p.m.
