Mayor Morrow opened the meeting at 7:32 pm. There
are two public hearings this evening.
Chief’s Report
Chief Hubbs delivered his report to the Board. There
have been multiple reports of unlocked vehicles having
items stolen from them within the Village. Chief Hubbs
recommended that residents lock their vehicles.
Public Hearings
Carl Pergola 19 Hillside Court, Huntington
Bay
Michael Williams presented the application to construct
steps for rear yard access and a rear patio and to
legalize grading, the building of a dry stack stone
retaining wall, and a wood deck and steps built without
a permit. The hearing will remain open. A transcript
was taken by Laura Pinto.
William Krause 180 East Shore Road, Huntington
Bay
Mr. Krause presented the application to construct
a two story addition, a new garage, to reconfigure
a driveway, and to legalize an existing slate patio,
tile patio, cellar entrance and front slate patio.
A motion was made by Jay Meyer to approve the application
was seconded by Don Rave and unanimously approved.
The hearing closed at 8:10 p.m. A transcript was taken
by Laura Pinto.
Attorney’s Report
Mara Manin discussed her report with the board.
Administrator’s Report
Lynn Pincomb delivered her report to the Board. There
are four (4) unpaid property taxes. Snow plow invoices
were sent out and to date the Village has received
payment from three (3) associations. Letters to Senior
Citizens who qualify for a property tax exemption
will be sent out this month.
Financials/Bills
The Board reviewed the interim financial statements
from December and the list of bills and, after review,
questions and discussion, a motion was made by John
McCusker to approve the list of bills and the interim
financial statements for December which was seconded
by Dennis Gai and unanimously approved. A motion was

Minutes
A motion made by John McCusker to approve the November
minutes was seconded by Jay Meyer and unanimously
approved. Mr. Rave was not present during the November
meeting. He abstained from voting.
Executive Session
The Board entered into executive session at 9:25 p.m.
to discuss the PBA Contract and other personnel matters.
At 9:37 pm with no further business to be brought
before the Board the meeting was closed.
