Mayor Morrow opened the meeting at 7:33 pm. There are four public hearings this evening.
Chief’s Report
Chief Hubbs delivered his report to the board. A mock assessment for accreditation was performed last week and an official assessment will take place in April.
Verizon Franchise Agreement Modification
Mara Manin Esq. read a statement into the record. A Motion was made by Dennis Gai to approve the Verizon Franchise agreement modification to section 5.4 and was seconded by John McCusker and unanimously approved. Transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.
Public Hearings
Local Law No. 5 of 2007- Amendment to Village Code Regarding Outdoor Water Pools Motion was made by Dennis Gai to adopt Local law #5 and was seconded by John McCusker and unanimously approved. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.
Local Law No. 6 of 2007 – Amendment to Village Code Regarding Overflow Parking Permits Motion was made by John McCusker to adopt Local Law #6 as amended and was seconded by Don Rave and unanimously approved. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.
Local Law No. 7 of 2007 – Amendment to Village Code Regarding Collection of fees Motion was made by John McCusker to adopt Local Law #7 and was seconded by Dennis Gai and unanimously approve. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.
Local Law No. 8 of 2007 – Amendment to Village Code Regarding Reimbursement of Professional Consultant Fees Motion was made by Don Rave and seconded by John McCusker to adopt Local Law #8 and unanimously approve. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.
Attorney’s Report
Mara Manin discussed her report with the board.
Performance Bond No.27544
The board reviewed the conditions of the grant of the subdivision and determined that the applicant has met the requirements set forth relating to the satisfactory completion of the necessary improvements. A motion was made to release the bond by Dennis Gai and seconded by Don Rave and unanimously approved.
Executive Session
The Board went into Executive Session at 8:38 pm to discuss pending litigation. Executive session closed at 8:56 pm.
Administrator’s Report
Lynn Pincomb delivered her report to the board. There is still one (1) unpaid property tax. A reminder will be sent to the resident. There are no public hearings for the December Zoning Board of Appeals meeting. The snow plows were sent out once already this season.
Financials/Bills
The Board reviewed the interim financial statements and the list of bills and, after review, questions and discussion, a motion was made by John McCusker to approve the list of bills and the interim financial statements which was seconded by Dennis Gai and unanimously approved
Minutes
A motion made by Dennis Gai to approve the November minutes was seconded by John McCusker and unanimously approved.
At 9:42 pm with no further business to be brought before the Board, Mayor Morrow closed the meeting.
