Mr. Prior called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. He stated that there was one decision this evening.

Jay Cavanagh made a motion to approve the November minutes which were seconded by John Williamson and unanimously approved.

With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Prior closed the meeting at 7:41p.m.
