Mr. Prior called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. He stated that there were four applications on the agenda this evening. John Williamson read the criteria by which the Zoning Board makes its decisions.

Public Hearing:

Sol & Jane Farkas, 16 Wincoma Drive
Mr. Hoffman presented the application to construct a new detached garage with art studio and a guest room over an existing attached garage. The hearing closed at 7:45 p.m. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Anthony Antonucci made a motion to approve the July minutes which was seconded by John Woodward and unanimously approved.

With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Woodward closed the meeting at 8:25p.m.
