Mr. Prior called the meeting to order at 7:30p.m. He stated that there were three public hearing on the agenda this evening.

Mr. Woodward described the criteria by which the Zoning Board of Appeals makes its determination.

Public Hearings:

Richard & Sharon DeSimone - 130 Bay Avenue, Huntington Bay
Richard DeSimone presented the application to construct a masonry pool surround. The hearing was closed at 7:40 p.m. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Fran Geier - 23 Heckscher Drive, Huntington Bay
Andy Schmitz presented the application to construct a new concrete retaining wall, new wood stairs and a new wood platform. The hearing closed at 8:15 p.m. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Jamie Brown -29 Heckscher Drive, Huntington Bay
Carl Salminen presented the application to construct additions and alterations. The hearing concluded at 8:40 p.m. and will remain open. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Ron Prior made a motion to approve the March minutes which were seconded by John Woodward and unanimously approved.

With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Prior closed the meeting at 9:09p.m.
