Minutes Zoning Board of Appeals April 20, 2006

Mr. Prior called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. There are four public hearings on the agenda.

Public Hearing –Quinson – 287 Vineyard Road – Front Porch
At 7:30p.m., Mr. Prior read the public notice. Yvette & Chris Quinson came before the Board to request relief from the waterfront preservation district to build a front porch and reverse gables. At 7:50p.m. the public hearing was closed. The transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Public Hearing – Sheuchenko – 36 Taylor Road – Driveway & Deck
At 8p.m. Mr. Prior read the public notice the continuation of this hearing. Mr. James Sheuchenko came before the Board with examples of other driveways in the area that were close proximity to residences. The transcript for this hearing was taken by Laura Pinto.

Public Hearing –Henneghan / Breskin – 33 & 37 Soundview Drive – Lot Line Modification.
At 8:20p.m., Mr. Prior read the public notice. Both attorney’s representing the Henneghan’s and Breskin’s came before the board respectively Karen Nora Esq. and Brad Martin Esq. The proposed lot line modification requires variances for the Henneghan property for floor area ratio and lot area coverage among others. This hearing was closed at 9p.m. The transcript for this hearing was taken by Laura Pinto.

Public Hearing – Brunner – 132 East Shore Road – Bedroom & Kitchen Addition
At 9:05p.m. Mr. Prior read the public notice. Bill Brunner and his general contactor Ron Farruggia came before the Board to request relief from the front setbacks for work that was started without the benefit of a permit. This hearing was closed at 9:10p.m. The transcript for this hearing was taken by Laura Pinto.

The Board discussed the applications that were presented. The board voted on the decisions from last month.

With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Glackin closed the meeting at 9:45p.m.
