Mr. Cavanagh called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.  He stated that there were two public hearing on the agenda.

Mr. Williamson read the criteria by which the Zoning Board of Appeals makes its determination.

Public Hearings:
Peg Hilbert, 4 Heckscher Drive
Len Horchos presented the application to legalize an existing dwelling. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto. The hearing closed at 7:37 p.m.

Augustin Ruiz de Arcaute & Maria Cristina Corral Blazquez, 117 Bay Avenue
The applicant did not appear.  The hearing was adjourned.

Decision:

John & Kelly Ann Paci, 11 Beach Road    
The Board voted 3/0 to approve the application.  John Williamson abstained from voting as he did not attending the hearing.

A motion to approve the March minutes was made by John Woodward, seconded by Anthony Antonucci and unanimously approved.

With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Cavanagh closed the meeting at 8:15p.m.
