Minutes, Zoning Board of Appeals, April 21, 2005

Ed Glackin called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. There are three hearings this evening.

Public Hearing – Lawler - 290 Bay Avenue - Additions & Alterations
At 7:30p.m., Mr. Glackin read the public notice. Kevin & Katie Lawler came before the Board to request relief from setback requirements the discrepancy is because of their existing driveway. The Lawlers would like to fix their leaking roof that has caused water damage to their home as well as expand the family room and kitchen. This hearing was closed at 7:55p.m. The transcript was taken by Modern Shorthand.

Public Hearing – Katzman – 6 Woodland Drive – Add Dormers
At 7:55p.m. Mr. Glackin read the public notice. Michael Katzman came before the Board because of pre-existing nonconformities to install three dormers where skylights now exist. At 8:05 p.m. The hearing was closed. A transcript was taken by Modern Shorthand.

Public Hearing –Propora – 266 Bay Avenue – Shed & Deck
At 8:05p.m., Mr. Glackin read the public notice. Barbara & Steve Porpora came before the Board for preexisting nonconformities to install a shed and rear deck. At 8:10p.m., this hearing was closed. A transcript was taken by Modern Shorthand.

The Board discussed the applications that were presented.

The Board discussed the code changes that were adopted by the Board of Trustees. With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Glackin closed the meeting at 8:35p.m.
