   Property Location:  Crescent Beach Drive, Huntington Bay, NY 11743
   The property is located in the Waterfront Preservation District ‘A1.’  In order to construct a new dwelling on an undeveloped lot on Crescent Beach Drive Site Plan Review is required.  A Steep Slope Special Permit is also required.  A permit for construction or a letter of non-jurisdiction issued by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation is required.  This hearing is continued from November.

   Property Location: 20 Heckscher Drive
   The property is located in Zoning District ‘D.’  In order  to construct a two car garage and mudroom, a rear patio and front entrance portico Site Plan Review is required.
4. Public Hearing: Frank Perruzza,
   21 Bay Road
   The property is located in Zoning District ‘C.’ Site Plan Review and a Steep Slope Special Permit are required in order to complete construction of a deck for which the foundation has already been constructed without benefit of a permit, to legalize retaining walls and grading done without benefit of a permit, and to pave, with black top, the existing stone driveway.

   The Property is Located in the Waterfront Preservation District ‘C1.’  In order to demolish an existing house and to construct a new dwelling in its place and to construct an in ground swimming pool, pool surround, patio and driveway and to legalize the existing block walls and steps near the North property line Site Plan Review is required.
