Ed Glackin called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. There are three hearings this evening.

Public Hearing – Schmid – 3 Kaiser Hill Road- Additions & Alterations
At 7:30p.m., Mr. Glackin read the public notice. Neal Hoffman, R.A. came before the Board and presented this application for an addition of an entry porch, bay window, sunroom as well as raising the roof for the second floor bedrooms. The application also includes installing a swimming pool where the paddle tennis court currently exists and adding a cabana with a bathroom and shower. The driveway entrance will remain the same. This hearing was closed at 8p.m. The transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Public Hearing – Rosewood –90 East Shore Road – New House
At 8p.m. Mr. Glackin read the public notice. Robert Caputi, Esq. came before the Board and presented a health department and grading plan. At 8:05p.m. The hearing was closed. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Public Hearing – Grace – 12 Castle Harbor Road – Additions & Alterations
At 8:10p.m., Mr. Glackin read the public notice. Neal Hoffman, R.A. came before the Board to present this application to change the house from a contempory to cedar shake, add a covered porch and to raise the roof. At 8:15p.m., this hearing was closed. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

The Board discussed the applications that were presented.

With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Glackin closed the meeting at 10:15p.m.
