Herb
Morrow serves as Village Mayor. He joined the
Village Board in 1993 as Trustee. He was first
elected Mayor in 1994 and in June 2006 was
elected to his seventh term.
Mayor Morrow is a lifelong resident of Long
Island. He attended St Pius X High School in
Uniondale, earned his BA from Cathedral College
in Douglaston, New York and attended Immaculate
Conception Seminary in Lloyd Harbor. He did
his graduate work in business in the MBA program
at New York University.

His
business career has included a number of entrepreneurial
ventures and executive positions including
President of Yourdon Inc., a subsidiary of
Eastman Kodak, and Vice President of Business
Development at Norrell Corporation, ASI Solutions
and Bowne Business Solutions. He is currently
Senior Vice President for the Northeast Division
of Spherion Corporation, a Ft Lauderdale based
Staffing and Recruiting firm. He has spoken
at a number of conferences on Outsourcing Solutions
for Business.
Mayor Morrow has served in a number of executive
positions of the Suffolk County Village Officials
Association including President from 2000-2002.
He has been appointed to the Governor's Long
Island Coastal Advisory Commission, the County's
Smart Growth Advisory Commission, and the Town
of Huntington's Harborfront Commission, LWRP
Committee and the Homeland Security Task Force.
He is also a member of the Town of Huntington's
Republican Committee and on the Board of Directors
of the Nathan Hale Beach Association.
He and his wife, Beth, who is a teacher in
the Carle Place School District, have resided
in Huntington Bay since 1983. They have a 16
year old daughter, Kristen, and a 13 year old
son, Brendan.

| Dennis

Dennis Gai is a native Long
Islander and has been a resident of Huntington
Bay for the past 35 years with his wife Barbara
and four children.
His career has been focused on hospital and
college executive management including positions
with Stony Brook University Hospital, LIJ, Nassau
County, and presently Nassau Community College.
Dennis received his MBA in Corporate Finance
from Adelphi University.

During this time, Dennis has served in a number
of capacities on the board of Bay Hills Property
Owners. With help from a project team, he published
a short book on the history of Bay Hills in
1992.
He is now serving his sixth term as a Village
Trustee and currently holds the responsibilities
of Deputy Mayor, Road Commissioner and Acting Police Commissioner.

McCusker, Village Trustee / Police Commissioner |

John McCusker has lived in
Huntington Bay for almost thirty years with
his wife, Brenda, a teacher in the East Meadow
schools. John and Brenda have three sons, all
of whom attended Huntington High School and
now live and work in Manhattan.
His career has been almost exclusively devoted
to financial management roles. John has been
the Chief Financial Officer for three public
companies, and currently holds that position
at a large privately held company in Port Washington.

He is a graduate of St. John's University and
a Certified Public Accountant.
He has been a Trustee of Huntington Hospital
for over 20 years, including three years as
Chairman of the Board. In addition John has
served on the Board of Directors of the Family
Service League of Suffolk County, the Nassau-Suffolk
Hospital Council, and the Waste Policy Institute
of Virginia Tech University.
John is serving his second term as Village
Trustee.

Meyer, Village Trustee |

Jay Meyer has lived in the
Village for the past 25 years with his wife
Gabriella and two daughters.
Jay is a Certified Public Accountant and a
Certified Financial Planner. He runs his own
accounting and auditing firm assisting medium
sized privately held companies and high net-worth
individuals.

He received his BBA from Hofstra University
and is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member
New York Sate Society of CPA's where he served
on the Accounting and Auditing Committee and
the Accounting and Review Services Committee.
Jay served as Village Treasurer from 1995-1997
and is now serving his fifth term as Village
Trustee.

Donald
T. Rave, Jr. has lived in Huntington
for over 30 years and has lived in the Village
since 1997. He and his wife Christy have three children who have graduated from Huntington High School
and gone on to higher education

Don practiced maritime law in New York City
for 17 years before joining his father, Donald
T. Rave, Sr. in a small practice he founded
in 1986 in Locust Valley where they specialize
in estate planning, federal litigation and maritime
matters.
Don serves as a director of the Nathan Hale
Road Association and the Nathan Hale Beach Association
and was first elected in June of 2004 to serve as
Village Trustee.
